This certification reinforces Unix’s unwavering commitment to excellence in manufacturing, research and development, and stringent quality control processes.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification is globally recognized for its focus on quality management, compliance, and continuous improvement, further elevating Unix’s production standards and reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence. Recently, Unix expanded its manufacturing capacity from 70,000 sq. ft. to 100,000 sq. ft. through a significant capital investment, marking a major milestone in the company’s growth journey. With this expansion, Unix is planning to begin full assembly and production of audio products, as well as exploring new product categories to be unveiled soon.
Unix’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including multiple Surface Mount Technology (SMT) lines, complete CNC setups for in-house precision mould manufacturing, and automated assembly stations. This advanced infrastructure enables an impressive daily production output, including 35,000 data cables, 25,000 chargers, 10,000 neckbands, 5,000 power banks, and 55,000 mobile phone covers. The brand’s diverse product portfolio encompasses mobile accessories, audio products, chargers, earphones, data cables, power banks, wireless speakers, smartphone batteries, wireless headphones, mobile holders, and mobile covers.
