“This expansion will bring our full-stack EV solution to 24 new markets in just a few months, providing more consumers with the tools and infrastructure needed for a seamless transition to electric mobility.” Avinash Sharma, Founder and CEO, ElectricPe
ElectricPe, India’s leading EV super-app, is accelerating its nationwide expansion with plans to launch 50 new mobility centres across 24 cities by June 2025. This move will bring ElectricPe’s total presence to 64 centres across 32 cities, marking a major milestone in its mission to simplify electric mobility for Indian consumers.
Since its inception in 2021, ElectricPe has emerged as a leader in the electric two-wheeler space by addressing key barriers to EV adoption. Through its full-stack platform, the company helps consumers navigate the complexities of selecting the right EV, accessing financing, establishing dependable charging infrastructure, utilising battery subscription models, and ensuring ongoing after-sales service.
The new mobility centres, both online via the ElectricPe App and website and through physical locations, are designed to give consumers access to various electric two-wheelers, with financing options to make ownership more accessible. These centres also provide critical after-sales service, ensuring a seamless ownership experience.
“We’re tackling the most significant challenges facing EV adoption in India, from vehicle selection to reliable charging. Our expansion will empower consumers in more cities to access electric two-wheelers in an affordable, sustainable, and hassle-free way. We’ve achieved a strong product-market fit in Karnataka and are scaling up. This expansion will bring our full-stack EV solution to 24 new markets in just a few months, providing more consumers with the tools and infrastructure needed for a seamless transition to electric mobility,” said Avinash Sharma, Founder and CEO of ElectricPe.
Charging infrastructure is another critical hurdle for EV adoption, and ElectricPe is taking steps to address this by deploying an extensive network of charging points in urban and semi-urban areas. The company’s partnership with Google, announced in July 2024, allows users to view the real-time availability of EV charging stations on Google Maps, helping reduce range anxiety and enhance the EV experience across India.
Through its flexible battery subscription plans, ElectricPe reduces upfront costs and provides consumers with reliable battery replacement and maintenance. By offering these essential services under one platform, ElectricPe is driving the transition to cost-effective, consumer-centric electric mobility across the country.
With the leadership of Pragya Goyal, Former Founder and CEO of Vegh Automobiles, as the new Head of Growth and New Initiatives, ElectricPe is poised to accelerate its expansion plans and scale its model to even more cities. Pragya’s extensive experience building a sustainable EV ecosystem will be instrumental in shaping the company’s next growth phase.
