The Manufacturing Leadership Conclave organized by “The Manufacturing Frontier” brought together industry leaders, experts and solution providers to discuss the challenges and opportunities presented by the evolving landscape. By focusing on the theme of ‘Shaping the Future of Industry’, the Conclave provided a platform for industry leaders to discuss critical issues, share best practices and explore innovative solutions for the future of manufacturing in India.
The event was kicked off with an inspiring Keynote Address by Kamal Bali, MD & President, Volvo Group India. While highlighting the significance of the manufacturing industry in India’s economic rise, Mr. Bali shared his vision for taking the industry to the next level.
Distinguished industry leaders like Anand Wankhede, Sr. GM, Lauritz Knudsen; Arvind Kumar Tiwari, Head – Quality & OPEX, High Voltage Products India, Hitachi Energy; Manoj M Bedekar, Head -Reliability, Hazira Operations, Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel India; and Manish Manek, Chief VLE & Head Engineering, JSW MG Motor India, shared their insights on “Strategy and Leadership for Achieving Operational Excellence” during the first panel discussion.
In the second panel discussion, Basavraj Bhaikatti, Regional Division Head QA & Operational Excellence, ABB India Ltd; Sandeep Soni, VP – Plant, Duravit India; Sanjiv Prasad, Head Power, Utilities & ETP, Reliance Industries Ltd.; and Sinchana N, Group Head Project Management, Deepak Chem Tech, shared their expert views and experience on the “Impact of Emerging Technology on the manufacturing industry”. Both panel discussions were very well moderated by Niranjan Mudholkar of “The Manufacturing Frontier”.
